About the National Education Summit
The National Education Summit has been a landmark professional development event for Australian educators since 2016. Each year, the Summit brings together classroom teachers, school leaders, and education specialists for two days of practical learning, expert presentations, and genuine connection.
In 2026, the Summit returns to both Brisbane and Melbourne, offering a comprehensive program of conferences, hands-on workshops, and free interactive seminars. Across all year levels and learning areas, the Summit is designed to leave educators with fresh ideas, practical strategies, and renewed passion for teaching.
Attending the National Education Summit counts as self-identified professional development addressing the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers, supporting Graduate through to Lead accreditation.
